Demetrios brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and has personally transacted deals in 125 US markets while supervising construction projects in those markets. Demetrios’ expertise spans from negotiating transactions to all phases of development and construction.
Demetrios has worked on landmark projects and buildings on behalf of major Investment Funds. During his tenure as at Mass Mutual Financial Group, Demetrios negotiated Class A office leases nationwide for MassMutual’s Life Insurance division and subsequently managed all construction projects nationwide.
