Kevin brings over 20 years’ experience of investment and institutional investment management experience to our team. He is well versed in valuation of commercial /industrial real estate for preparation of investment and sales. Kevin is instrumental in preparing financial models for clients that are looking to sell or buy investment property.

Kevin’s clients and services have been utilized by organizations such as the University of Massachusetts, the Diocese of Springfield, The Bushnell Center of Performing Arts, and American International College. Kevin has served as The Chief Advancement Officer for Pope Francis High School and was instrumental in the funding, planning, and construction of the over 120,000 square foot facility.

Kevin lives in West Springfield with his wife and three children and is active in local community organizations.
