Walter Kroll brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate property management and operations. Walters experience has been in Fortune 500, Mid-market, and solopreneur companies.


While at Pennzoil, Walter was promoted to District Manager responsible for 80 sites and 650 employees. His total real estate assets under management exceeded $100 Million. This included company owned and leased properties. Walter supervised site selection, construction and property management. Walter created and drove the carwash wash initiative for the entire enterprise. He was responsible for vendor evaluation, selection, and project management. This initiative resulted in sales increases above 10% per location. He also found and vetted a new advertising vendor that created a net 5% increase in sales. This vendor became the standard vendor for the east coast market.


While at Cumberland Farms, Walter was promoted to Area Manager in charge of 15 locations responsible for all operations including real estate, maintenance, hazmat training, vendor sourcing and capital improvements. Walter was recognized for maintaining the highest customer satisfaction and cleanliness for any area in CT often recognized by the Area Director for “best in class” stores of any area.
